The Communications Operator position requires excellent guest relations skills and multi-tasking ability. Throughout a shift, the Communications Operator is responsible for answering phone calls, monitoring in-park radio traffic, and following protocols in states of emergency. Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to use a computer.
